Pollinate - Zero Waste shop in South Wales
Welcome to Pollinate, a zero-waste shop in Risca, South Wales that hopes to reduce single use plastic and food waste by enabling customers to buy packaging free.
We are open for orders through our online shop for delivery or collection and our shop is open for socially distanced shopping. Orders will be packed into paper bags or natureflex suitable for reuse or compost and bottles on a bottle exchange.
We are currently working Tuesday-Saturday and orders placed before 2pm will be for delivery or collection by 3pm on the same day, afterwards for the following working day. Deliveries take place after 3pm.
As you may be aware our food is packaged in an open environment where nuts and other allergens are present. If you have any allergies please check our food allergen information or get in contact to discuss your order.
Updated Service During Caerphilly Lockdown
Due to the local lockdown we have decided to update our service in the following ways:
Shop open Caerphilly CBC residents only with orders for collection or delivery preferred, outside of Caerphilly CBC to become delivery only.
When attending the shop only 2 customers at a time with face coverings to be worn with social distancing and one way system to be followed. No outside containers and products to be dispensed by Pollinate staff.
Due to family commitments we have changed our opening hours to 10am-4:30pm Tues-Fri, 9:30am-1pm Saturday

Free delivery for orders over £30
Simply select free delivery at the checkout if your order is over £30 and we’ll deliver you order on the next available delivery day for your areas, both local and wider delivery areas included.
