  • 500g Pasta (choose any shape or colour)
  • 500g Rice (White or Wholemeal) 
  • 50g Sea Salt
  • 50g Peppercorns
  • 250ml Malt Vinegar
  • 250ml Rapeseed Oil 
  • 250ml Washing Up Liquid (unscented or pink grapefruit) 
  • 250ml All Purpose Sanitiser
  • 250ml Hand Wash (unscented, lime and aloe Vera or rosemary and thyme) 
  • 2 Bumboo Toilet Rolls

  • 300g Caster Sugar

  • 50g Baking Powder
  • 50g Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 50g Yeast
  • 200g Dried Mixed Fruit
