Mixed Bean Chilli Meal Kit
A kit to make Mixed Bean Vegan Chilli in your slow cooker including:
- 500g Mixed Dried Beans
- 1 Chilli Spice mix, smokey or spicy
- 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
You will need 1 tin chopped tomatoes and a slow cooker.
Bean Mix: Kidney Beans, Aduki Beans, Black Beans, Black Eyes Beans, Haricot Beans, Canillini Beans, Pinto Beans.
Smokey Spice Mix: Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Smoked Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Dried Oregano, Dried Coriander, Dried Basil, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder
Spicy Spice Mix: Chilli Flakes, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Onion Salt, Garlic Powder, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, Dried Coriander
- Add Beans, Spice Mix, Chopped Tomatoes and Stock Cube to slow cooker.
- Top up the slow cooker with water to 2 inches above level of beans and mix.
- Cook on low for 8 hours, checking the level of the water periodically.
- Serve with rice
